My wife's recent blood tests shows amylase level 209( normal 28-100) while lipase is under control 39. She has thyroid and taking eltroxin 75mg and it is well controlled. She does not have any symptoms. Also she has a very little fatty liver. Is this alarming?? How to approach in this case??

If no digestive  complaints no need for any action if in digestion and pain is there a CT Scan may be required
