I have been experiencing severe abdominal Cramps and pain during stool movement for the past 4 months. Stool test revealed that it contained EH. I have been Consulting a Dr. Specialized in gastro for about to months and taking medicines but the effects havent worn out completely yet. So what am i supposed to do for complete recovery, Diet to follow etc.? I am a 23yr old Male

Difficult to opine with the amount of information provided. If the working diagnosis is IBS (Irritable bowel syndrome) treatment is going to be long and protracted. EH per se shouldnt give so much trouble.
