what are your symptoms and how was amebiasis diagnosed.  Cefixime ofloxacin doxycycline are not used in treatment traditionally specifically for amebiasis  , however if superseded bacterial infections are suspected,  may have been prescribed for those RUQ pain and loose stools have multiple causes and u need to get yourself evaluated properly complete history , and examination is required . U should visit a Gastroenterologist to find exact cause
