Hi dr. I am at my 28 weeks 3 days gestation . My amniotic fluid at 27 weeks 5 days was 10.8. This is my second pregnancy. My first pregnancy was premature at 32 weeks due to low AFI. I am really worried as AFI ranges same as last pregnancy. Can you help me in increasing my amniotic fluid naturally so that the pregnancy can be sustained to atleast 36 weeks. My contractions have started for which my gynae prescribed susten 300 till 36 weeks . Should i again do the ultrasound for AFI at 32 weeks seeing the last pregnancy or should i continue with natural remedy .
