AMH test results discrepancy

My AMH dropped from 3.75ng/ml in dec 2021 to 0.99 ng/ml in July 2022. Can it drop so much in 6 months? I only had high fever last month and had to take antibiotics. Apart from that my prolactin has come high at 45 and ai missed my period this month.

Have you got results from the same lab 6 months apart!? Try getting consultation from Infertility Specialist. He/She will do ultrasound of your ovaries and see if it correlates with AMH report.
