It seems to me that you haven’t been given a diagnosis and hence the questions.
Looking at the test reports you sent, it is clear that you have ‘an autoimmune disorder/s’.
Two key things are:
1. Autoimmune disorders can be tricky to work out sometimes.
2. More than one autoimmune condition can occur in a patient
My impression is that you have more than one autoimmune condition
i) Primary biliary cirrhosis- Get MRCP of
liver, See a Hepatologist, will need to take medication like Ursocol 300 and have blood cholesterol checked
ii) Autoimmune thyroiditis- Get TPO antibodies and Anti-
TSH receptor antibodies and see an Endocrinologist. This may just need monitoring but sometimes needs Thyronorm or steroids.
iii) Possible Gilberts syndrome causing your raised indirect bilirubin and this is an asymptomatic condition. So no issues here.
Hope this helps.
All the best.
