AMA BLOOD TEST AND ANA BLOOD TEST

My wife recently had HEPATITIS A.ON MEDICATION.earlier in 2020 diagnosed with abdominal TB.just now Her AMA BLOOD TEST done and value is 1.27.HER ANA is also positive and value is 6.18. Pls need ur opinion.is her liver getting damage.
