Hello. My age is 36 yrs M.height of 5'8.most of fat in body is around tummy My fasting blood sugar tested twice : 90 mg/dl HBA1c : 5.8% I would like to know if I am prediabetic ?

HbA1C of 5.8 falls in the pre diabetic range. But fasting sugar level is normal. Do PPBS as well
