I have been suffering from mild fever for 5/6 days.. it's kind of coming and going.. also having headache and body pain and tiredness..  body pain means not like muscle pain, it's kind of a irritation inside all over the body .. there is a small tumor type thing under my chin and it pains sometimes and also in my vagina there is a small sized painless sore and itching in the vaginal area.
