For 3 years I've been getting nasueos, random blood sugar drops, diarrhea, diziness , pre-syncope, chills , burning skin , and a bunch of random symptoms also coming and going. I've been to so many doctors and none know what's going on. Some say it's anxiety some say there's an underlying issue etc but no one has a definite answer and it's been destroying my life especially since the more physical stuff I do the worse the symptoms become until I rest for a while then it calms down slowly
