Alternate for Aceforce Mr in lactation

I am currently in lactation stage. I have been advised to take aceforce mr for my back pain. It is not available. Please advise another alternative medicine.

Breast feeding mother's should avoid muscle relaxing (m r) medicines. You can take paracetamol 250 mg tab for pain relief.

U can use naproxen/ Acton-OR which are safe during lactation Take VIT D & Calcium tablet till you are breastfeeding as BF will cause calcium deficiency in mothers if not supplemented
