Urine retention around PVR .80 and Recurrent uti ...after taking alpha blocker have face swelling and URTI symptoms and stomach upset ...this can be taken long term?? If dizziness happens this can be taken TTS OR MWF or alternate days ??? Prostate size less than 22cc if medicine to reduce prostate is taken is ok ??for this size

You should consult a urologist for a pvr of 80cc.. it's not good, will have long term downsides Stop using alpha blockers as you'll first need to know the cause of that raised pvr

No in this case no need for alpha blocker if known case of uti Alpha blockers causes postural hypotension so it may be the cause for dizziness
