Hello Doctor's Just I got to know that the hair fall in patches is due to alopecia areate. I would like to know that why this happen and how can I rectify this and also increase the immunity of my body to make sure it does not happen again in future.

First I would like to confirm whether you are suffering from Alopecia Areata or not, because every patch of hair loss is not Areata. Kindly revert back with images of the affected area.
