Hello there...I can understand your concern. alopecia areata is caused due to acute inflammation of hair follicles. it is commonly treated with intralesional steroid of triamcinolone acetonide, once in 3 weeks. don't try any home remedies. if it causes any scarring, then it will lead to a permanent bald patch. so kindly consult a dermatologist for further treatment.
