As it is a ayurvedic medicine i don't think there is any trial comparing any benefit or side effect of this medication taken alone or with ursocol.
Ayurvedic medication in my opinion have low amt of different alkaloids so should not interfere much with other drugs.
But difficult to tell beyond doubt as only pharmaceutical company literature is available as i find.
