I have sinus since my childhood and it's really getting worse sometimes now, If I get exposed to dust or even if i touch my nose with a little force. I get cold and serious headache which ruins my whole day.

You may be having allergic rhinitis or vasomotor rhinitis. Just check with an ENT SURGEON. All Head aches are not sinusitis !
