I fell on road. I was wearing track pants, but got a small wound on knee. Also there is reddening and itching of skin all around it. It is also a little swelled. I have applied anti allergic ointment dipsalic. Kindly tell me what treatment should I do. I didn't get a tetanus vaccine done.
