Allergy on hands due to gloves

Hello. Ever since covid 19 has started, i have been washing hands excessively which caused dryness of skin and since i wasn't able to use sanitizer on my hands , i used to wear nitrile gloves. But i think I'm allergic to gloves . My skin has become very dry and there's a patch like appearance on both the back of my palms. What to do ? Any alternatives for gloves? I have attached the images.

Wear a cotton gloves below the other gloves so that there will be no contact. For the treatment of your skin at present, kindly consult with more photographs for proper diagnosis and management.
