Can someone tell me what allergy this is? Its Itching at times mainly a lot at night. Advice remedies

Looks like allergic contact dermatitis. Notice if you  have started any new product on face like soap, face wash or any cream. Stop that product. Get a personal consultation from a dermatologist to get rid of lesions present now.
