I had red rashes on complete body and itching. I also have swelling in whole body. I had taken anti allergic tablet and it reduced.

Good to know that your symptoms have reduced. Continue antihistaminics/anti allergic tablets and consult your dermatologist to know the type and cause of your skin rash, and preventive measures for the rash, if any.
