My friend is suffering lot from running nose, throbbing headache,nose block, watering in eyes etc for the from past one month.she feels heaviness in head as liquid stagnation .she met a doctor, he suspects nasal septal deviation and asking to take xray. she lives in covid prevalent city so scared to take x ray as that has to be done without mask.will all hospitals do proper sanitisation before xray? is surgery the only potion for septal deviation? what will b the treatment procedure?

Tab Montair lc 1 tab once daily at night for 15 days,Otrivin nasal spray 2 drops twice daily for 5 days,Steam inhalation twice daily.If anything needed consult me in practo for further evaluation

Hai ,depends on patient symptoms surgery will be advised,looks like Sinusitis..better to take x ray PnS

DNS unless very gross to cause difficulty in breathing or recurring sinusitis may not require surgery
