Allergy after eating prawn

I ate prawns and immediately after finishing it I started having itchy tongue and felt as if something is stuck in my neck like I'm choking(mild) .Also while having food after it I was feeling like vomiting...It's almost 30 mins and sy.ptoms still persists..I have cetrizine tablet. should I consume it..Can my allergy reaction lead to anaphylaxis..I'm tensed
