Allergie with lemon soap.

Hello Doc, I have allergie with lemon soap this is the second time i have used lemon soap / handwash. 1st time i was very young and it occurred again. Since this is hand wash skin of my hand is peeling and itching every now and then in palm of my hand also some red rashes. Please help and guide a way to get rid of this issue.
