Whenever i go out in sun, my exposed skin gets itchy and when i scratch it badly it becomes red and patchy. i am very allergic to sun, can't go out and em conservation student i need to spent time in sun. is there any solution for my skin ????

You are suffering from a allergic condition called urticaria (could be solar urticaria or cholinergic). As treatment you can take medicines( antihistamines) and precautions are sun light avoidance by using sunscreens and physical blockers. Tell me complete history from beginning and also what happens exactly after sun exposure and after how much time and how much time it takes to subside.Also have you noticed same reaction during excessive sweating due to any other reason.
