A 13 yrs old complain of sneezing ,cold ,n headache Taking tb. montelukast & cetrizine ,but till the tablet taken its ok after that again it happens Plz suggest any Nasal spray??

The child is having allergic rhinitis.. It is causing the sneezing and cold.. But the headache could be due to superadded sinusitis.. Please consult online for further evaluation and treatment
