Hello.. Well if you have allergic rhinitis you definitely need to make sure that you are not exposed to dust,pollution...try to keep yourself covered as much as possible...drink lots of water ...you can use normal saline nasal drops for temporary relief of symptoms... consult an Ent specialist ..thank you
