  4. Allergic cold. Remedy for this?

I am suffering from allergic cold. I keep on sneezing after coming from outside or I eat anything cold.whenever i go outside I use scarf, even after using scraf for covering nose, the problem of allergic cold keeps coming. I have tried medications prescribed by ENT specialist. However, once the prescribed course gets completed, the problem of running nose and sneezing arises again. Is there any permanent remedy for this?

for allergy either you have to avoid contact with allergen or take antihistaminic medicine. take minimum possible medicine with comfortable life. the good thing is medicine with minimal side effects and redily available.
