Hello my dear All my tooth have pain. When i eating candy materials . Like chocolate. Date... etc and also some time some place tooth meat have inflammation. Thanks Need for help

U start with ur full mouth x ray. It will help to diagnose where the problem is. In the mean time start with warm saline rinses. And apply dol9gel on the gums for the inflammation
