Dr, am using evion 400 tablet vitamin e for my face and hand mixing it with aleo Vera gel at night, is it safe suggest me dr, can I continue it r not..

Are you taking it orally or applying topically. If you taking it orally its good but if you applying it on your skin you are wasting it. So better take it orally. There wont be any problem.
