I am an alcohol addiction and abstinence since 13  days so now can I take Benalgis 2 times a day for 10 days and supradyn multi vit tablets 2 times a day for 15 days and becosule z daily 1 tab for 1 month.So if I take those medicines will there be any side effects.plz explain me in detail as I m taking alcohol daily before

You must be thankful for this forced abstinence! It has saved you and your family for a lifetime! Keep your mind away from Alcohol! Any one of the vitamins you have mentioned is enough. Once a day! Being calm and relaxed is the key!
