Respected sir/madam, I am male 38 years old, I am a drinker for last 7 years, weekly once I use to drink 360 ml of brandy. But I want to quit this. My height is 172 cms body weight is 92 kg. How can I recover my liver health. Can I take any medicine or tonic for fatty liver? Frequently I am getting gas problem and bloated stomach.
