Dear Doctor, I am 28 years old guy, who started alcohol in 2016 and use to drink carefully now this alcohol abuse has has changed by all entire life, my family upset and I kinda find myself into addition of it how can i leave immediately alcohol consumption please help Iam kinda feeling my relations destroyed because of after effects of alcohol. Please suggest how I can come over my alcohol addiction
