Akurit 4 tablet and breastfeeding

Hello doctor, my wife had a lump on the side neck which is being suspected as TB. She is prescribed Akurit 4 for a month as a trial base. She breastfeeds our 1.4yr old son. Breastfeeding is only during night when he wakes up in between. Is it safe to breastfeed while on Akurit 4?
