Air in Cheek from Pin hole.

I poked a hole threw my cheek with a pin and tried to blow air threw it but now i just have air in the skin of my cheek. Its swollen but i think some of it is air. It crackles with i pres sit. Should i go to the hospital now or tomorrow if its not better?
