I got panic when i move to closed area , lift, theator,Airplane . I feel stuck and chest plain starts... Sir please suggest... i am scared in travelling through Airplane .

Hello, Most cases of agoraphobia are thought to be caused by panic disorder. When the panic disorder is treated, the agoraphobia improves with time. Panic disorder can be treated by medication and psychotherapy.
