Aggressive periodontitis has multiple modes of treatment and like previously suggested to you it requires regular follow ups adjunctive antibiotic treatment and surgical intervention. I suggest you consult an Periodontist in the area that you reside . Give him/her a detailed history along with your x-rays in order to evaluate your present condition. With a proper consult and treatment regime your condition will be resolved u have nothing to worry.

Hello Nagendra. Treatment of Aggressive Periodontitis is not a one time process. After flap surgery and other regenerative procedures, it is very important that you go for regular follow-up visits. We advise visits once in every 3 months for 2 years after flap surgery and thereafter once every 6 months. In each of these visits, you might require cleaning of teeth. Also your oral hygiene habits will be reviewed and changes will be suggested. The most important thing with this is that the treatment will only eliminate existing disease/bacteria/deposits. If you do not maintain well enough, the disease will keep coming back again and again. The Periodontist can only do the treatment and motivate you to keep good oral hygiene. The actual part where you keep good oral hygiene is totally in your hands.
