IT'S MOST COMMONWHEN U NGET UP EARLY IN THE MORNING U HAVE TO TAKE REST AS NAP FOR AT LEAST FOR ONE HOUR. OTHERWISE U FEEL LAZY, FATIGUE. OUR BODY IS NOT A MACHINE,NEED REST AT SOME POINT OF TIME.
