I had a viral fever 15 days ago and till now I am feeling muscle ache .Also not able to erect and it seems it got shrink... Please help

You had febrile episode 15 days back It is very common to have post febrile asthenia During this period you have weakness Not having erection is very common When you will completely you might get nocturnal emissions Don't worry at all
