I use medicated shampoos on my hair to keep my psoriasis under control. Also I use a hair growth shampoo every alternate day. But they make my hair too dry and unmanageable. Is there any medicated after shower gels or creams that I can use to keep my hair look healthy and manageable?

As psoriasis is a dryness disorder you should not shampoo so frequently. Do apply coconut oil regularly and a good quality hair serum or tincture for healthy manageable hair
