1) is it normal Sperm Gets tickle out after several hours of intercourse For pregnancy? 2) can we do exercise and walking Climb step after ovulation ? Pls advice

Yes it is normal for sperm to trickledown after intercourses .During intercourses the sperm is deposited high up in vagina . The cervix dips into this sperm pool and the spermatozoon are carried up by upward motion for around 48 hours after joining.
