HELLO, PROPER HYGIENE OF GENITALS. NOT TO PICK HEAVY THINGS.. SIT IN FLOOR MEY BE DIFFICULT OR U CAN SIT THAN IN PROPER POSITION (ALTI, PALTHI) POSTURE MUST BE COMFORTABLE. TO CLEAN FLOOR ,SIT N THAN DO, DON'T LEAN FORWARD OTHERWISE YOU HAVE BACKACHE. CLEAN BREAST BY WIPES BEFORE N AFTER FEED, CLEAN BABY'S MOUTH TOO. O.K
