Hello My mensis is started on dec20 to 24 will end with normal cycle . after few day I starts workouts .Then few days back I have mensis again with drops .Yesterday I have vomating with heavely due to food poision .What's the reason for the bleeding

If u r sexually active do a urine pregnancy test as these can be sign of pregnancy too.. If not take tab pan D 40mg empty stomach for vomiting once daily for 3days.. Consult a nearby doctor.. For irregular bleed do an ultrasound pelvis..chances of an ovarian cysts are also there..
