Milder or severe - covid has tendency to produce Micro thrombi in the circulation. Hence it is advisable to rule out all other risk factors like diabetes BP and dyslipidaemia or other family related cardiac risk factors. It is not predictable just by contracting Covid infection that somebody is going to have heart attack.

Unlikely mild covid infection , causes heart attack. If other risk factors like diabetes, hypertension and cholesterol are also there, get a cardiac check with ECG, Echo and Treadmill test.
