After cesarean back severe back pain unable to move my body, pl suggest what to do.. ?

If the back pain is very severe please show it ur concerned obstetrician who operated you. Or u can show it to an orthopedic surgeon. If the pain is mild, could be postural or may be just a muscle spasm. Take calcium tablets regularly.
