My 35 weeks pregnancy going on... I had 11.3 amniotic fluid index at 28 weeks.. Is it less..? Does it decrease after 28 weeks

Hello It is not less,but it could have been better . Maintain hydration, try to drink atleast 3-4 lt of water everyday
