I have Gait problem. Poor balance. Diagnosed as having Parkinson. But dat scan negative for Parkinson. Pet scan shows shrinking of brain. Medicine not helping much.

Parkinson's is a debilitating disorder. Continue taking medication as prescribed by your physician. If the probem is getting worsened then you might need dose alterations in the medications, so follow up is required.
