Advice to reduce TSH level

My TSH level is now at 18 .. i am consuming Thyronorm 50 mcg tablets. Facing all the typical thyroid problems like bloating, weight gain, hair loss, lathargy, tiredness, sleepless nights etc. Please suggest how can i reduce my tsh level
