To be really frank with u
V can try to control the symptoms of RA without medicines by doing exercise and stretching of all joints and long muscles...if no relieve then u need to start medicines along with exercises
I dont think u can become better without doing exercises..the earlier u realize it and accept it...the better u become...ofcourse u need to eat healthy whether or not u have RA.
