Advice on daily routine

Good Morning Doctor... I am an IT professional working in an Indian MNC. My working hours are 04:30 AM to 01:45 AM. I usually get up 03:00 AM in the morning. Is it going to cause any problems for me in longer run?..What should be my daily diet and routine to keep me fit and fine? How much hours of sleep do I need to take? What should be my sleeping pattern?..Any additional suggestion always welcome..I usually walk 10K steps in a day..I feel i am overweight and want to loose weight..What should be an ideal weight? Kindly provide suggestions to help me in this case...

Its fine.Make sure to sleep at least 7hrs per day.Avoid junk food, aerated drinks.Rest is fine.Ideal weight depends upon your height.Consult for further questions
