I've been diagnosed with ASD when I was 12. I'm 21 now. I have 15mm-17mm ASD secundum with pulmonary regurgitation. I get tired easily with palpitations and shortness of breath. Do I need to get it closed? I would really want to have an active lifestyle. I dont last 5 mins when working out.

ASD should be closed , nowadays can be done without surgery with device if ASD Is suitable for same .
